European tour, sort of...

As everyone in the of Montreal camp is (undoubtedly) packing their suitcases and trying not to forget the oh-so important purple feather boa with matching socks (though scarves, gloves and umbrellas would be more convenient if the weather forecast is anything to go by!), the Booty Patrol has a couple of announcements to make :

1. Fabchannel will broadcast Wednesday's show live from the Paradiso's Grote Zaal in Amsterdam.
I would like to point out that Fabchannel does an amazing job all year long and they basically film every act that happens to perform at the Paradiso. So bookmark their site and be sure to check it out regularly.
Here is the link to last year's performance in the Kleine Zaal.
Fabchannel also has a competition going right now and it promises "awesome of Montreal stuff to win" so you may want to check it out too, even though I'm not sure you can enter from the almighty U.S. of A.

2. Before hitting the Netherlands and its big canals, of Montreal will be opening for Franz Ferdinand in London's Heaven on Tuesday night. Even though no-one seems to know exactly who/what/when/how things are going to be filmed (what is it with the Brits and their utter inability to plan anything in an even remotely professional way?), you may also want to check the nme awards website for (possibly) interviews, live snippets, backstage footage and whatnot. Once again, of Montreal being an opening band, I'm not sure they'll be featured at all.
